Understand Business Plan

• Meet with project owner to understand business plan and strategic objectives

• Tour asset to determine feasibility and develop initial capex plan

• Provide draft budget to align with overall business plan and cost objectives

On-Site Due Diligence

• Assist in conducting on-site due diligence to identify all deferred maintenance, life safety, and asset preservation items whilst accounting for the anticipated hold period

• Coordinate site visits and inspections for all key 3rd party specialists (mechanical, engineering, plumbing, electric, roofing, etc.)

• Obtain and refine quotes/bids from all necessary subcontractors to be included in capex budget

Develop Capex Budget

• Collaborate with project owner to refine and finalize capex budget and timeline based on overall business plan, due diligence results, and cost goals

• Provide comprehensive action plan for takeover including key dates, budget tracker, timeline, etc.
